When you book your appointment, you will need to provide a credit card to hold on file in our secure system. If you have not prepaid, we will charge your products and services to your card on file the day of your service at checkout.
For everyone's safety, we require a 15 minute "Cleaning & Disinfecting" service after each appointment, which you will see in your confirmation email with a cost of $6.50.
We will only be accepting contactless payments such as your card on file in our secure system or through the Vagaro App until further notice.
Tips can not be added to your transactions.

Refusal of Service
When you enter through our front door, you will receive a quick questionnaire and temperature check. You will need to sign a waiver confirming your temperature and the answers you've provided. If you are symptomatic, have a fever of 100.4 or above, or have been with anyone who is symptomatic, we will have to reschedule your appointment.
If you are sick or symptomatic prior to your appointment, please call or reschedule via email to avoid a 50% cancelation fee. This will be applied to your rescheduled appointment as a deposit.
If you have seasonal allergies please prepare in advance with allergy medication so you are non-symptomatic for your appointment. We can't tell the difference, and unfortunately, for the safety of our staff and clients, we can't take your word for it.
We have a 50% cancelation fee for the following situations:
If you don't respond to your appointment confirmation via Text, Email, or Phone 24 hours prior to your appointment.
If you arrive 15 or more minutes late to your appointment.
If you cancel same day or within less than 24 hours of your appointment.
